Job Summary

We are seeking an Operations Excellence Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Quality Assurance Manager in the Annual Documentation Plan and reviewing documented policies and procedures to determine possible gaps against IMS standards and government regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Quality Assurance Manager in coordinating with various departments to effectively implement IMS.
  • Conduct gap analysis of policies and procedures against IMS standards and government regulations.
  • Recommend improvements in policies and procedures based on the result of gap analysis.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in documents and records management, ISO documentation and auditing.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
