Job Title:

Client Excellence Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and review client financial information, including paystubs, bank statements, and expense reports.
  • Conduct structured calls with clients to gather required documents, and follow up via email and text as needed.
  • Prepare and submit tax-related forms and communications, ensuring timely submission and compliance.
  • Manage client databases, updating records and tracking deadlines and follow-ups.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, audit, and/or tax.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
