Job Description:

As a VP of Operations, you will oversee all processes, programs, and operational systems. You will be responsible for leading research & data product development, coaching a team of analysts, and collaborating with experienced consultants.

You will also set the strategic direction for operational excellence, own standard operating procedures, and analyze operational results to drive improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research & data product development on software & technology companies
  • Coach a team of analysts and associates dedicated to research
  • Collaborate with experienced consultants contributing to the research
  • Deliver high-quality deliverables that support decision making
Operational Excellence:
  • Set the strategic direction and vision for operational excellence
  • Own the implementation of standard operating procedures
  • Collaborate with other leaders to scale operations globally
Requirements:
  • Strong track record of operational leadership and delivering measurable results
  • 7–10+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience leading business growth or expansion
  • Clear, effective communication and stakeholder management skills
