Senior Support Associate Job Description

This role entails providing high-level administrative assistance to senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include calendar management, meeting scheduling, and coordination across various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining detailed records and adhering to deadlines.

  • Draft, edit, and format reports, presentations, and proposals using Microsoft Word and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for contracts, project documentation, and corporate records.
  • Manage email and phone correspondence with professionalism, acting as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables; assist in coordinating special initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to required standards.

The Senior Support Associate will also conduct research and compile data for executive decision-making, focusing on industry-specific information.

Requirements:
  • Experience: 2.5-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in construction management, engineering, or related fields.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Microsoft Word skills, with working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to prioritize tasks, maintain records, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with tact and professionalism.
  • Independent Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Proven track record of handling sensitive information with integrity.
