Project Manager
As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects from preconstruction to post-contract management. This includes technical oversight, contract setup, budget control, and quality assurance. Your expertise in quantity surveying, architecture, and project management will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preconstruction: Manage takeoff, estimates, scheduling, scope creation, package splitting, tender documentation, and subcontractor communication.
  • Technical Oversight: Ensure project execution adheres to plans and specifications.
  • Value-Engineered Alternatives: Review and propose cost-effective solutions.
  • Contract Setup: Establish contracts with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Post-Contract Management: Oversee CSA, budget control, procurement, cash flow, and quality control.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
  • Proven experience in project management, quantity surveying, or architecture within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contract management, and architectural design.
  • Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members.
