Job Title: Construction Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with architects, drafters, and expediters to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate and monitor project filings, permits, and approval processes.
  • Maintain project timelines and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for various project stakeholders.
  • Anticipate potential project delays and proactively address them.
  • Track progress of multiple projects simultaneously and report regularly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Secretary, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
  • A solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines independently.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
