About the Role

The Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the estimating team by managing bid documents, organizing proposal submissions, and coordinating deadlines.

  • Coordinate and prepare comprehensive bid packages and proposals for various construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Ensure timely submission of RFPs in compliance with the requirements set out in the request for proposal documents.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage and organize all bid documents, including RFPs, technical specifications, drawings, and other related documents.
  • Verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with submission guidelines to guarantee high-quality submissions.

Requirements for Success

  • Experience within the construction industry is an asset.
  • A familiarity with mechanical drawings can be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in multitasking, as well as email organization using Outlook.
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) is required.
  • High levels of attention to detail to produce quality documents under pressure and demanding deadlines.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards customers and the team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated but able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional customer satisfaction.
