Construction Project Coordinator - Remote Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Construction Project Coordinator to support our US-based construction projects. As the key liaison between architects, expeditors, drafters, and other professionals, you will ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and monitor project filings, permits, and approvals
  • Follow up with project stakeholders to meet milestones
  • Maintain accurate project timelines and documentation
  • Act as primary point of contact for various stakeholders
  • Anticipate and address potential project delays
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction administration or project management
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and manage timelines independently
  • Proficiency in English
Preferred Tools:
  • Project Management Tools: Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com
  • Communication Tools: Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom
  • Document Management: Google Workspace, Dropbox, DocuSign
  • Construction Software: AutoCAD, Procore, Buildertrend
