Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion.

The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. They will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and foremen to guarantee the successful execution of assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project progress daily, identifying potential issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Conduct weekly team meetings to ensure all tasks are on track.
  • Review and approve materials requisition accurately.
  • Provide guidance and delegate tasks to foremen to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate timelines and details with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Verify subcontractor billings before submitting to senior management.
  • Support senior management during client meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Architecture.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in construction management.
  • Strong time management and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication skills.
