Drive Sales Growth in Emerging Markets

Scania Export Markets Asia (SEMA) has recently established a new Business Unit to drive business growth and realize the full potential in emerging markets across Southeast Asia. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in helping SEMA achieve its mission.

Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and follow up on the sales strategy for assigned markets. You will manage and grow the sales of trucks and buses from Scania towards independent dealers, providing general business support to these partners. Additionally, you will coach and develop the sales skills of independent dealers within the region.

Key qualifications include strong knowledge of Scania's commercial operations, deep understanding of the company's product portfolio, and an end-customer focus with a commercial mindset. Previous experience working in or with emerging markets is highly valued. If you possess cultural openness, humility, and a calm demeanor, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
