We are looking for a Finance Director to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and support business growth. This role involves overseeing financial reporting, cash and tax management, payroll, credit risk, and internal controls while partnering with leadership to drive performance. The role reports to the Country Manager and the dotted line to the APAC CFO.Key Responsibilities:Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and regional requirements. Analyze financial performance, costs, and profitability to provide strategic insights. Supervise year-end closing, audits, tax filings, and compliance with accounting principles.

Cash & Tax ManagementMonitor cash flow, working capital, and tax obligations. Manage banking relationships and oversee short-term funding initiatives. Ensure proper tax computation and timely tax filings in collaboration with auditors and tax agents.

Payroll & CompensationOversee payroll processing, employee bonuses, and commission calculations. Ensure payroll compliance and accuracy. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to optimize working capital.

Assess credit risk exposure and optimize customer payment terms. Support sales teams in evaluating financial implications of special deals. Internal Controls & ComplianceImplement and maintain effective internal control systems.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies. Identify financial risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Business PartneringCollaborate with leadership to drive financial performance and business strategy.

Provide financial insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Support sales and operations teams in decision-making through financial analysis. Qualifications:10 years of experience in accounting/finance, preferably in IT, Cybersecurity, or Start-up

Strong leadership, analytical, and business partnering skills, preferably with the Sales Team.Proficient in financial systems and MS Excel.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.If you have a strategic mindset and a hands-on approach to finance, we'd love to hear from youSeniority level
