Job Title: Business Operations Support Specialist
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information and documentary requirements for loan turn ins and booking.
This includes assisting in the timely conversion of approved loans to actual bookings by coordinating with clients and ensuring compliance with pre-booking loan requirements.
In addition, the role involves conducting thorough reviews of loan documents, checking the accuracy of loan documents versus approved loan terms and conditions, and coordinating with the Loans Administration team in the final review of loan documents to effect loan booking.
The ideal candidate will meet monthly targets set by Team Leaders on the number of turn ins and booked accounts, ensure that all documents of approved SME Loans accounts are properly documented, and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree holder preferably in a business-related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Consumer Lending, preferably as a Document Reviewer
- Ability to work on-site in Ortigas
