Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize professional phone etiquette to provide outstanding customer service for incoming calls related to various cases and projects
  • Effectively communicate with customers to address their needs, providing accurate information, processing inquiries, and resolving problems while escalating as necessary
  • Document all calls appropriately and adhere to established procedures and policies
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times, adhering to structured internet rules and regulations on the call center floor
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions as required
  • Perform other general tasks as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1 year of Customer Service experience or Call Center experience, along with desktop applications experience
  • Effective communication and literacy skills, with the ability to read scripted responses naturally, confidently, and accurately
  • Professional proficiency (speaking, listening, and reading) in English and Target Language
  • Ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent computer skills, including quick and accurate typing, the ability to open multiple applications simultaneously, and reviewing documents with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong Quality Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to handle escalated calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management skills
