
Insurance Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Insurance Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience using Applied Epic. The ideal candidate will support our customer service operations and be responsible for the accurate creation of insurance certificates and binders.
The successful candidate will provide responsive and professional customer service via email and phone, create and issue insurance certificates and binders using Applied Epic, assist with policy updates, documentation, and client record management, and ensure timely follow-ups and task tracking within Applied Epic.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience as an Insurance VA or in an insurance support role
- Proficiency with Applied Epic (required)
- Knowledge of insurance certificates, binders, and standard procedures
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with remote collaboration tools
- Support a dynamic team in delivering exceptional customer service
- Contribute to the growth and success of our organization
