Key Responsibilities:

  • Relationship and Communication Management: Serve as a liaison between clients, underwriters, and internal teams, providing clear and timely communication to ensure smooth processes and build trust with clients.

  • Ad Hoc Operational Support: Provide proactive problem-solving and identify areas for operational improvement, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
