
Insurance Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our broking team, you will provide administrative support to Account Managers and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
About the Role:- Support Account Managers in servicing a portfolio of commercial clients and domestic insurance clients.
- Prepare and issue quotations, renewals, certificates of currency, endorsements, and other policy documentation.
- Liaise with insurers to obtain terms, endorsements, and policy updates.
- Accurately enter and update client and policy information in our broking management system/CRM.
- Minimum 1–2 years' experience in an insurance support or administrative role (general insurance preferred).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with limited supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Previous experience working in a broking firm or with Australian general insurance products.
- Familiarity with WinBEAT, JAVLN Officetech, or other broking software (training will be provided).
- Candidate must possess a customer-first mindset with a proactive and responsive attitude.
- Team player who communicates effectively with both colleagues and clients.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and initiative.
