Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional support to one of our Risk Advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to the Risk Advisor, ensuring seamless servicing of accounts.
  • Assist with preparing insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents to facilitate client interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records and update data in web-based systems and CRMs as required.
  • Gather and organize client information for policy applications and other supporting documentation.
  • Draft and send professional communications on behalf of the Risk Advisor.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry (agency, brokerage, or carrier).
  • Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes.
  • Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs.
  • Able to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Proactive and comfortable working closely with one Risk Advisor in a support-focused role.
About the Role

This is an entry-level position offering opportunities for growth and development. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The role requires a commitment to working 5 days a week, including one weekend day, but provides 2 days off in a row. Working hours will be 9am - 6pm EST.
