We're Hiring: Insurance Support Specialist

Location: Makati City

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

First Life Financial Co., Inc. is looking for an Insurance Support Specialist to provide vital assistance in managing client accounts and policy-related transactions. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in insurance or brokerage, strong communication skills, and a commitment to excellent client service.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related 4-year course
  • 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a life insurance company or brokerage firm (preferred)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels and directly with clients
  • Physically capable of carrying out the core functions of the role

Key Responsibilities

As an Insurance Support Specialist, you will:

  • Draft, prepare, and review official communications for clients regarding their group insurance policies
  • Handle a variety of client-related transactions including:
  • Policy billings and renewal notices
  • Cancellations and terminations
  • Underwriting requirements and evaluations
  • Scheduling of client medical examinations
  • Distribution of cards and checks from third-party providers
  • Confirmation of coverage and responses to inquiries
  • Ensure that all correspondence is accurate, professional, and aligned with company standards

Work Schedule

  • 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
  • Overtime pay opportunities when required

Compensation

  • 13th month pay
  • Annual bonus and performance incentives
