We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Manager to support our insurance operations.
- This role involves filling out applications and Acord forms, submitting quotes with underwriters via email, and managing quotes through online portals.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Completing and processing insurance applications and Acord forms accurately.
- Submitting quote requests to underwriters via email and tracking responses.
- Obtaining quotes from online insurance portals and preparing comparative proposals.
- Communicating with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
- Maintaining organized records and documentation of all submissions and quotes.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management preferred.
- Proficiency with Acord forms and insurance quoting portals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
