Job Title: Real-Time Performance Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for monitoring queues in real-time to identify and address potential risks to meeting contractual KPIs. This includes making timely call-outs to floor supervisors to ensure optimal performance and staffing levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor and analyze real-time data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  2. Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements that drive productivity and efficiency.
  3. Prepare regular performance analysis reports to inform business decisions and optimize service level delivery.
  4. Work closely with consultants to ensure call-outs are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • At least three years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in MS-Excel and ability to analyze complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced 24/7 environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead projects to improve business outcomes.
