
Lead Customer Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to drive and maximize revenues on assigned customers. As a key member of our team, you will develop strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within the customers.
Main Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Maintain and build long-term relationships with key customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to provide expert advice to customers.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify business opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Regularly report performance metrics and account status to senior management.
- A minimum of [X] years of experience in B2B iGaming, preferably in an Account Manager or Casino Manager role.
- Fluent English language skills are essential.
- Ideal candidates will be based in the UK or Gibraltar.
