About the Role

The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for delivering engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients, supporting customer onboarding, and ensuring smooth product adoption. They will also act as a key communication link between our company and clients, ensuring queries are resolved promptly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations and walkthroughs for clients.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure smooth product adoption.

  • Manage client interactions, updates, and pipelines in CRM software.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
  • Collect client feedback and provide insights to internal teams for product improvements.
  • Track and report on client success metrics, adoption rates, and overall account health.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: B.Tech or BCA with BSBA, MBA (Marketing/Sales specialization).
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year in customer success, client engagement, or pre-sales roles (internships considered).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to confidently deliver online product demos and training sessions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (or similar marketing automation tools).
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner, and detail-oriented.
  • Analytical skills to understand client needs and identify opportunities for value addition.
