Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to think critically to resolve customer issues.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat. You will be responsible for clarifying customer needs, determining the cause of issues, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure the issue is resolved. You will also be required to escalate bugs to our technical support team and participate in writing excellent help documentation.
