
Customer Advocate

We are seeking a skilled Customer Advocate to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will champion customer needs, share deep product knowledge, provide innovative solutions, build relationships, and drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
Align customer business goals with current and future product capabilities
Encourage customers to utilize new features that drive their business forward
Provide insight and relay customer feedback with internal teams
Evaluate churn and downsell risk for each customer and proactively address dissatisfaction or feature gaps
Develop plans that ensure customers successfully adopt our platform that aligns to their business needs
Conduct regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews to ensure customers get the most value out of their investments
Requirements:
Prior experience with Contact Center technology either as a provider or in operations required
3-5 years direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success, consulting or account management experience for a SaaS company
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management
Proven experience building strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders and efficiently communicating internal and external voices
Experience leading meetings and regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews with customers
Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences
Knowledge of Salesforce
