We are seeking a skilled Customer Advocate to join our team. As a key point of contact, you will champion customer needs, share deep product knowledge, provide innovative solutions, build relationships, and drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align customer business goals with current and future product capabilities

  • Encourage customers to utilize new features that drive their business forward

  • Provide insight and relay customer feedback with internal teams

  • Evaluate churn and downsell risk for each customer and proactively address dissatisfaction or feature gaps

  • Develop plans that ensure customers successfully adopt our platform that aligns to their business needs

  • Conduct regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews to ensure customers get the most value out of their investments

Requirements:

  • Prior experience with Contact Center technology either as a provider or in operations required

  • 3-5 years direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success, consulting or account management experience for a SaaS company

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Customer Success, Consulting or Account Management

  • Proven experience building strong customer relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders and efficiently communicating internal and external voices

  • Experience leading meetings and regular cadences, quarterly and annual customer success reviews with customers

  • Strong skills in verbal and written communications, strategic planning, and project management with the ability to adapt conversations for technical and non-technical audiences

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
