Key Responsibilities of Insurance Operations Coordinator

As an Insurance Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our insurance business. Your responsibilities will include client workflow and application tracking, lead intake and CRM management, relationship and communication management, and ad hoc operational support.

Below are some key tasks and requirements for this position:

  • Client Workflow & Application Tracking

Guide clients through the insurance process from submission to approval. Monitor the full lifecycle of client applications. Send timely reminders to clients for required steps. Respond quickly to underwriter requests.

  • Lead Intake & CRM Management

Keep the CRM organized and client records accurate. Input and update all relevant client data into the CRM (ActiveCampaign). Maintain precise lead status tracking.

  • Relationship & Communication Management

Be the bridge between clients, underwriters, and the internal team. Maintain client relationships through empathetic communication. Handle all follow-ups with warmth and consistency.

  • Ad Hoc Operational Support

Jump in where needed and proactively spot areas to improve. Manage delegated email tasks. Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies.
