The role of the Insurance Administrative Specialist is to provide administrative support to a US-based insurance company.
About the Role:- This position will perform various administrative tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Business Acumen: Develop a deep understanding of our business and its strategies.
- Communication: Effectively manage business communications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide exceptional administrative support, including data entry, processing, and other related tasks.
- A strong academic record and excellent communication skills.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Previous commercial insurance experience with employee benefits, ideally with retail brokerage.
- Familiarity with benefit systems such as Ease, Employee Navigator, BenSelect.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Remote work options available.
- Ability to work night shifts during US hours.
- High-speed internet connection required.
- A competitive salary range of 27,000-33,000 PHP per month.
