We are looking for an HR Specialist (Generalist) who thrives in motion, someone fast, reliable and effective. This role requires a hands-on professional who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves, hit the ground running, and deliver results across multiple companies within the Gudicelli Group.

You will be the go-to person for a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and records management, while also conducting audits and driving process improvements across the organization. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an HR Generalist, managing all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance.
  • Conduct HR audits across various business units to ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and government-mandated contributions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation of HR processes.
  • Support and execute employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Partner with management for workforce planning and manpower needs.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-company environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and travel to various sites as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS tools.

Pay: Php22, Php24,000.00 per month
