Senior Client Care Advocate PositionWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Client Care Advocate to support our U.S.-based clients in the promotional products industry.
As a Senior Client Care Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to partners and internal users, helping them resolve challenges and maximize their experience with our proprietary software.
- Provide timely and pragmatic support across chat, email, and phone.
- Act as a Tier 1 support and subject matter expert for proprietary software.
- Train and assist internal users when needed.
- Troubleshoot, document, and escalate system or process issues.
- Create and maintain helpful resources, FAQs, and knowledge bases.
Our ideal candidate is a natural problem-solver who loves supporting others and making a meaningful impact. They possess strong verbal and written English communication skills, enhanced by AI and grammar-check tools. A bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required.
The successful candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant support experience, preferably in a SaaS company. Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications, they should also have basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva. Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.
