Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer support through chats and emails, ensuring timely resolution of issues and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cutting-edge technology and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Work effectively with sensitive customer information, adhering to the highest security standards.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying current on client offerings and services.
  • Communicate seamlessly with developers, other departments, and external partners across various IT companies.

Requirements:

  • Native-level Dutch and English B2 communication skills, enabling seamless interaction with diverse clients.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a customer support role, preferably in the crypto/trading sector.
  • Personal or professional background in trading/investments/blockchain is essential.
  • Proven track record of providing live chat support and utilizing CRM systems efficiently.
  • Excellent analytical and research skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Positive attitude, high sense of responsibility, and strong work ethic.
  • Stable internet connection (min. 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload) and personal laptop/computer (at least 8Gb RAM).
