Customer Support Specialist - e-Commerce Expert

We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service and support to our clients in the e-commerce industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer support, with experience working with e-commerce platforms and providing strategic support to clients.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing prompt, high-quality responses to client inquiries
  • Monitoring and troubleshooting issues in real-time
  • Escalating internal tickets as needed
  • Understanding client context to offer relevant and strategic support
  • Providing guidance on conversion rate optimization best practices

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills: verbal, written, and reading
  • 4+ years of experience in customer support (preferably in SaaS, eCommerce, or tech)
  • 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce experience
  • Experience with CRM/ticketing systems
  • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization best practices
  • Team player in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, customer-first mindset with curiosity to understand the client's business
  • Ability to problem-solve and provide thoughtful and accurate responses

Work Schedule:
Full-time, work-from-home. 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
