Customer Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide exceptional customer support via multiple channels. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and deliver outstanding service experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer timely and effective customer support via chats and emails

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (B2 level)
  • At least six months of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Background in trading/investments/blockchain or similar field
  • Experience with live chat support and CRM systems
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with a focus on problem-solving
  • Positive attitude, responsibility, and a commitment to delivering excellent results
  • A reliable laptop or computer with at least 8GB of RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
