Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Business Analytics Professional to lead our financial planning and business analytics efforts. With 75 years of experience, we have a strong commitment to helping vulnerable children overcome poverty and achieve fullness of life.

This position will be responsible for providing strategic insights and recommendations based on comprehensive data analysis, driving process improvement and innovation for effective financial planning, budgeting and performance management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or Business related field, with 5+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance management. Additionally, they should have solid knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, internal control, business process analysis and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or Business related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning, budgeting and performance management.

  • High level of computer literacy and knowledge of information management and digital systems/applications.
