Client Relationship Development

This role is responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with clients to promote our products or services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate introductory calls with new clients to provide information and build rapport.
  • Address client objections confidently while reinforcing the value proposition of our products.
  • Determine which plan best aligns with the client's needs in terms of value and cost-effectiveness.
  • Evaluate client readiness to proceed with a purchase and qualify leads accordingly.
  • Follow up with clients who are not ready to purchase and manage future interactions.
  • Keep CRM tools updated with client interactions and status.
  • Share client feedback, pain points, objections, and feature requests with internal teams to improve product offerings and messaging.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in English language required.
  • Confidence on the phone and ability to handle objections from business customers.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce is advantageous.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
