Appointment Setter - Customer Service Representative
About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and personable Appointment Setter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, setting appointments, and supporting our sales team.
Responsibilities:- Prospect Outreach: Make outbound calls, send emails, and use other communication channels to engage potential clients.
- Inbound Call Management: Answer inbound calls professionally, respond to inquiries, and convert incoming leads into appointments.
- Provide accurate information about products or services and ensure callers receive prompt assistance.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments or meetings between prospects, sales teams, and local dealers.
- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads to ensure a smooth transition for the sales team.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and appointment statuses in the CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls and emails to ensure appointments are confirmed and rescheduled if necessary.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on call activities, appointment outcomes, and any obstacles encountered during the process.
- Continuous Improvement: Seek feedback and actively participate in training sessions to enhance appointment-setting techniques and overall performance.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using HubSpot CRM software and other digital communication tools.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Motivation: Self-driven, goal-oriented, and resilient in the face of rejection.
- Team Player: Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing market trends.
This is a remote role; all necessary tasks must be completed using personal hardware.
