  • Medical Records Management: Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with providers, technical support, and team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Technical Support: Assist patients and staff with troubleshooting telehealth platforms and software.
