Job Opportunity Overview

The primary role of the Customer Service Representative is to deliver exceptional support to clients by processing import bookings, coordinating customer orders with overseas agents, and ensuring timely shipment order tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Import Bookings and coordinate customer orders with overseas agents.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
  • Provide regular shipment order tracking and status reports.
  • Prepare and process job invoices in a timely manner.
  • Arrange transportation and cartage as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Customs Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the logistics and freight forwarding industry.
  • Understanding of end-to-end order processing activities.
  • Familiarity with analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work independently.
