Job Opportunity

At Olly Olly, we're looking for a seasoned professional to oversee digital operations and drive growth.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing delivery and quality of digital assets, overseeing remote teams, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include building and refining processes, enforcing deadlines, and coaching the team to deliver high-quality projects.

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage digital operations and ensure timely delivery of client websites and digital assets.
  • Oversee QA and website production to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders to align outputs with client goals.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 to achieve project objectives.
Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in digital operations, website production, or marketing operations.
  • 2+ years managing remote teams in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hands-on experience with QA and website delivery.
  • Proficiency with WordPress, including testing new features on both the front and back end.
  • Figma fluency for accurate implementation of design files.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, developers, and marketing stakeholders.
