Digital Marketing & Paid Media Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing & Paid Media Strategist to lead our team's efforts in driving user acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user growth and engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform campaign development and optimization.
  • Manage paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement email and SMS marketing campaigns.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using metrics such as ROAS and conversion rates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns with measurable results.
  • Experience working in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Meta Blueprint.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads management tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices.
