Senior Human Resources Leader

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Human Resources Leader to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for providing expert HR support and guidance to our stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

This is a full-time position that can be worked remotely.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire HR function, reviewing and monitoring all policies, processes, systems, and other initiatives to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and dispute resolutions in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Align HR initiatives and people strategy with business needs, including supporting employee development, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Build strong relationships as a trusted HR advisor to key stakeholders, participating in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making.
  • Proactively identify trends and propose actions related to employee engagement and organizational culture to drive business results.
  • Develop new HR policies or review existing ones to stay dynamic and agile in meeting changing business conditions and evolving needs.
  • Leverage technology and HRIS to streamline workflow, increase productivity, and enhance overall HR efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in managing a diverse HR team, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong passion for acquiring new knowledge, opportunities, and experiences.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices, with a deep understanding of benefits administration.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and nimble environment, adaptable to changing dynamics.
