We are seeking a skilled and dedicated healthcare professional to join our team as an Alpha Nurse. This role involves providing direct patient care in various healthcare settings, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in different units or facilities, adhering to established nursing standards and procedures.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patient conditions to ensure timely interventions.
  • Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established policies, maintaining accurate records of patient information.
  • Collaborate effectively with healthcare team members, including physicians, nurses, and other professionals, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care techniques, promoting informed decision-making and empowerment.
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes, to facilitate quality improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and activities to enhance patient care outcomes, contributing to the development of best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures related to nursing practice and patient care, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Must have completed BOSH OHNAP and updated BLS - FA training, with ACLS training preferred.
  • Be willing to travel and be assigned in different locations within NCR, Southern Luzon, and Northern Luzon area, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with various healthcare professionals and provision of compassionate care to patients.
