We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our Member Experience team as a Patient Experience Coordinator.
- This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to patients and healthcare professionals through various channels (phone, email, chat, social media, etc.). You will actively listen to customers' concerns and requirements, offering suitable solutions or guidance to efficiently resolve their issues and meet their needs.
- You will assist doctors in resolving any technical or customer-related issues that arise during consultations, ensuring a smooth experience for both doctors and customers.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback across multiple channels.
- Actively listen to customers' concerns and requirements, offering suitable solutions or guidance to efficiently resolve their issues and meet their needs.
- Assist doctors in resolving any technical or customer-related issues that arise during consultations.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information regarding our products, services, and treatments to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
- Document customer feedback and maintain records of customer information, issues, and resolutions using appropriate tools and systems.
- Continuously develop an in-depth understanding of our company's products, services, and processes to provide excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and enhance the overall customer experience.

- - Identify areas for improvement and suggest process enhancements to ensure seamless customer interactions.
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service, operations, or healthcare-related role, preferably in a telehealth or healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellent customer service, operations, and logistics experience.
- - Strong problem-solving skills to address technical or customer issues and find efficient resolutions.
- - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
