About This Role

This position blends customer service, sales, and administrative coordination. You will manage client interactions, drive bookings, and support operational logistics for both in-salon and home service appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Interaction & Support:
  • Engage with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Foster relationships through follow-ups on appointments, feedback, and rebooking opportunities.
  • Sales & Upselling:
  • Promote salon services and products through digital channels.
  • Cultivate bookings by converting inquiries into sales and cross-selling additional treatments or retail products.
  • Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage digital records of client profiles, bookings, and sales using tools like Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Coordinate scheduling with therapists and service teams to maintain the salon's appointment calendar.
  • Operational Coordination:
  • Assist in organizing home visit logistics to ensure smooth communication between clients and therapists.
  • Support internal team communication and timely reporting of client needs and appointments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, sales, or front desk operations is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace is required.
  • You should be comfortable working remotely with self-discipline and strong time management.
  • A friendly, empathetic, and sales-focused approach is necessary.
