This is a remote work opportunity.

You will be part of our consumer services team responsible for conducting concierge calls and provider-matching calls to clients with service requirements. This role involves night shift hours, Monday through Friday.

To succeed in this position, you must have more than 1 year of experience making outbound calls, including appointment setting. You should also have reliable internet, good computer specifications, and a quiet environment to make high-quality calls. Additionally, you should be a responsible person who can be trusted to work remotely and handle night shift hours.

We are looking for someone with a great attitude and a proven history of meeting performance metrics.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Understand how we serve clients and ensure they receive value from our services.
  2. Conduct basic research on provider data.
  3. Engage in phone conversations with clients as an executive assistant, maintaining a balance between casual and professional tones.
  4. Take notes on client interactions in a clear and accurate manner.
  5. Adapt to changing circumstances at work while delivering results.
  6. Maintain focus and productivity to meet deadlines.
  7. Develop and execute new ideas to drive success.
  8. Work independently with minimal supervision, managing personal productivity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess proficient to advanced written and verbal communication skills. A background in BPO Customer Service Agent Profile is preferred. At least 1-year BPO experience, preferably in a work-from-home environment, is required. The candidate should also have keen attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools. Multitasking and thinking outside the box are essential skills for this role.
