Role Description
This is a challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Answer inbound emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop a customer relationship by actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions.
- Identify customers' needs and clarify information to ensure accurate understanding and resolution of their issues.
- Provide detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by consistently delivering high-quality service and meeting performance metrics.
- College Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in customer service, but not required.
- Strong phone skills including active listening, clear verbal communication, attention to detail, and politeness.
- Average to advance knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Business Writing and Teamwork.
- Enthusiasm and Detail-oriented.
- Flexibility to be assigned to different campaigns and sites of operations.
