Role Description

This is a challenging opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional customer service. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound emails and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop a customer relationship by actively listening to their concerns and providing personalized solutions.
  • Identify customers' needs and clarify information to ensure accurate understanding and resolution of their issues.
  • Provide detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets by consistently delivering high-quality service and meeting performance metrics.
Minimum Requisites:
  • College Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Relevant experience in customer service, but not required.
Required Skills:
  • Strong phone skills including active listening, clear verbal communication, attention to detail, and politeness.
  • Average to advance knowledge on MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Business Writing and Teamwork.
  • Enthusiasm and Detail-oriented.
