Client Relationship Manager

As a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist, you will ensure that clients receive outstanding service and support throughout their engagement.
You will work closely with the engineering, sales, and project management teams to foster long-term relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive retention.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success throughout their journey.
- Onboard new clients by explaining our services, processes, and value propositions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive support, regular check-ins, and clear communication about project timelines and updates.
- Resolve client issues promptly by working with internal teams.
- Monitor client satisfaction and make recommendations for service improvements.
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver client projects on time and accurately.
- Guide clients through technical details in simple language.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and project outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and develop strategies for retention and growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing role.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive client relationships.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with multiple task management skills.
- Problem-solving skills with effective issue resolution.
