We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer service, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer concerns efficiently, and building sustainable relationships with our customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing calls to ensure seamless communication with customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Ensure that every customer interaction is met with a high level of satisfaction.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary.
  • Adhere to established communication protocols, guidelines, and policies.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
  • Effective organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with current technologies, including CRM software and VoIP systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications and online calendar tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
