Facilities Specialist Job Description

This job requires the candidate to oversee facilities maintenance and utilities tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage facilities reports, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Maintain regular upkeep of equipment and tools.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to coordinate branch requests.
  • Support the development and implementation of maintenance schedules.
  • Create and publish reports related to facilities operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Perform other duties as required by the immediate superior.
Qualifications:

The successful candidate should hold a degree in architecture or a related field and possess at least one year of intensive work experience in facilities management.

Able to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment.
