Job Title: Facilities Management Specialist

This role focuses on ensuring the upkeep of facilities and equipment within a residential complex.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our team in this vital area. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of facility management, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks for building systems, facilities, and equipment.
  • Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and replacement services.
  • Manage inventory levels of spare parts and materials to prevent stockouts and optimize budget utilization.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacements.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership skills, be highly organized, and have a strong attention to detail. A background in engineering or a related field is preferred.
