Job Overview

The Facilities Officer role involves managing facilities and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

About the Role

This position requires a balance of efficiency and quality in daily tasks, such as maintaining inventory levels and monitoring office housekeeping.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment.
  • Manage inventory levels of office and cleaning supplies.
  • Monitor and maintain office housekeeping standards.
  • Prepare reports on pending supplies requisition and costing.
  • Partner with Financial Analysts to ensure accurate invoicing and timely payments.
  • Implement COVID-19 protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping and Security staff to achieve team goals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Facilities Management.
  • At least 1 year experience in fields such as Admin and Facilities Management, Hospitality, Design, and Architecture.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
