Job Description\

The Facilities Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a key member of the team, you will assist the Facilities Manager/Assistant Facilities Manager with various tasks and responsibilities.

\Required Skills & Qualifications\
  • \
  • Excellent customer service skills to meet on-site client expectations\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage vendors and stakeholders\
  • Proficiency in financial processes, including purchase order management in JDE\
  • Ability to conduct regular audits and ensure safety procedures are in place\
  • Knowledge of industry best practices in operations and maintenance\
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals\
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve issues efficiently\
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office\
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or related field preferred\
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in facilities management or related field\
  • Certification in OSHA or other relevant certifications a plus\
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed\
  • Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles (if applicable)\
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, if necessary\
  • First aid/CPR certification a plus
